Free shipping

Every Mavie order ships free, with tracking, no minimum required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number when it ships.

Estimated delivery times

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, European Union and Australia: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships. During holidays and peak seasons, carriers may need a few extra days.

Tracking

Your tracking link may take 2–5 business days to show updates after it's created. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Customs, duties and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Some countries charge import duties or taxes on international orders. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in our prices unless they are shown at checkout. Any charges collected on delivery are the customer's responsibility.

United Kingdom: for orders of £135 or less, UK VAT is charged at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders above £135, import VAT and customs duty may be collected by the carrier before delivery. Your bank may also apply a currency conversion fee when paying in USD.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship your order or issue a full refund.
